Cost per hour:
We do not have any special packages, bundles, or cost per services rendered. We simply have a pay-by-hour system; Parts & Labor. Our cost per hour is $95.00. We break the hour into quarters, so you do not pay more than you need to. A $5.00 service charge will be added for any pick-ups, or in home visits-within a 5 mile radius. For every 5 mile radius there will be an additional charge of $5.00, rest assured that this will cap at $20.00.
We are completely transparent with our customers. We offer access to a personalized spreadsheet that you can access anytime to find out how your money is being spent, what is being worked on, and how far along we are with your computer repair. We always let you know how many hours we have put into your repair, and any important notes about anything we find along the way. We want you to know exactly what is going on.
